فره کیانی- According to the custom of our ancestors and following the twelve festivals of the year, the day of Ardibehesht is the time to hold a festival called Ardibeshtegan.. This word is on the side of Artavasht(2) It has been read that we now call it Ardibehesht in Persian language. May is the third day of the month.

Ardibehesht is the name of the second Amshaspandan, which is located in the fields of Ahuramazda. He has great respect and his companions are also rewarded with goodness. The Zoroastrian singer Zachini sings like this:

Ardibehesht represents purity and truth in the Minoan world. On his shoulders is the guardianship of the fire, the fire that is spread throughout the world. In Ardibehesht Yasht, it is called the most beautiful Amshaspand.

After that, there will be celebration and happiness. Even today, Zoroastrians honor this day and turn to the fire temples and thank Ahura Mazda by reading Ardibshehat Yasht and other prayers..

"Ashe Vahishte" which is an Avesta word for Ardibehesht, is made from "Ashe" and "Vahishte". "Asha" in the Gathas of Eshuzertash Spentman 180 It has been repeated many times and has a very broad meaning. Yazidi law and ritual, truth and correctness, purity and … There are interpretations of this word. "Vahishte" which is the second part of this word, is like "the best".. And this is how "Ardibehesht" means "the best truth and correctness"..

Aborihan Biruni writes:

Ardibehesht is the third day of the month of Ardibehesht, and that is the Eid called Ardibeheshtgan. Because both names have agreed together and the meaning of this name is that(It is really better) And some have said that it is a good end. Ardibehesht is the property of fire and light, and these two are associated with him, and God has entrusted him with the task of bringing the causes and diseases, removing spices and food, and revealing the truth from the falsehood, and distinguishing the right from the invalid according to the oaths that have been taken.
